Our one-to-one mentoring and Startup programme are built on the B.R.E.A.K.™ Framework - a tested four-session sequence covering Brand Clarity, Reach & Marketing, Earnings Model, and Accounts & Next Steps - taking pre-revenue and newly-trading individuals from idea to first paying customers. Our S.O.A.R. Programme is a cohort-based growth programme (Sales & Revenue, Operations, Audience, Results & Leadership) for trading businesses ready to scale. Alongside these we deliver workshops and short-form training, plus fully bespoke programmes designed for local authorities, universities, corporates, and programme sponsors. Our specialism is implementation-led enterprise support: helping people who want to create their own employment turn an idea into a viable, income-generating business. This is directly relevant to employability, where self-employment and enterprise are credible routes to sustained economic activity. We are particularly strong in the foundations that determine whether a new venture survives - commercial positioning, realistic revenue and pricing models, practical marketing, cash-flow and financial literacy, and the decision-making discipline founders need. Our team combines this with deep financial expertise: co-founder Alexis Charkiw is a qualified accountant with 20+ years' experience giving founders genuine control over their numbers, while co-founder Tomas Phillips brings 15+ years supporting founders from early idea through to fully staffed, operational companies. Between us the team holds 40+ years of operating experience across startup, scale, accountancy, corporate banking, and business exit.
