Talent Direct is run by Kelloch, a consultancy that provides recruitment and leadership support for charities and social enterprises. We fund the network through our paid recruitment search services.
Profiles are completely anonymised. Organisations only see your experience, skills, and sector preferences, never your name, contact details, or current employer. We only share identifying details when you explicitly consent to an introduction.
We review every organisation that registers to ensure they are a registered UK charity, CIC, or social enterprise. We do not allow commercial recruiters or third-party agencies access to the network.
