How Kelloch reports service figures

Evidence principles

• Figures should be traceable to Kelloch assignment records, follow-up feedback or a clearly identified case study.
• Examples involving clients are anonymised unless publication has been agreed.
• A service figure is not presented as a guarantee or a sector-wide benchmark.
• Where evidence is incomplete, the limitation should be stated rather than implied away.
• Material errors will be corrected when identified.

25+ years in the sector

This describes Mark O’Hare’s combined professional experience across third-sector recruitment, leadership, operations, training and service delivery. It does not mean that Kelloch has traded for 25 years.

10 days average shortlist

This refers to the typical working time from an agreed recruitment brief to Kelloch providing an initial screened shortlist on assignments where those dates were recorded. It is an operating indicator, not a deadline or guarantee. Role complexity, candidate availability and changes to the brief can affect timing.

90% retention at six months

This is based on Kelloch follow-up records for placements where a six-month outcome was available. It measures whether the appointed candidate was confirmed as still in post at that point. Cases without a confirmed follow-up outcome are not treated as confirmed retention.

94% confidence boost

This comes from participant feedback on leadership-support activity where a confidence measure was completed. It is a self-reported change in confidence, not an independently assessed performance measure.

67% reduction in ad hoc escalations

This is an outcome from an anonymised client example, comparing the recorded level of ad hoc escalations before and after the agreed support period. It is not a general result promised for other organisations.

£4,200 agency-fee saving

This is a case-specific comparison from the anonymised mental-health charity example. It compares the Kelloch flat fee with the percentage-based agency fee recorded as the relevant comparator for that role at the time. It is not a universal saving.

Current limitations

These figures are drawn from Kelloch’s own records and client or participant follow-up. They have not been independently audited. Public pages do not yet publish a consistent sample size and date range for every service figure. Until that supporting dataset is published, the figures should be read as indicative service evidence, not statistically representative sector research.
