These terms cover the public Kelloch website, free information, directories and tools.
Who operates Kelloch
Kelloch is a Scotland-based third-sector recruitment and organisational support business led by Mark O’Hare. These website terms are between you and Kelloch. Email info@kelloch.org.uk for formal correspondence. Full contracting details are provided in proposals and service agreements for paid work.
Using the content
Kelloch provides practical information for charities, CICs, social enterprises, voluntary organisations and third-sector professionals. You may use public resources for your own organisational or professional work. Do not resell, republish or present Kelloch content as your own without permission.
Information, not a substitute for advice
Public resources are intended to help you ask better questions and make informed decisions. They are not legal, financial, safeguarding, clinical or regulatory advice. Check authoritative guidance and obtain qualified advice where a decision carries formal responsibility.
Recruitment and introductions
Recruitment assignments, candidate introductions and commissioned support are governed by the proposal or agreement issued for that work. Those terms explain the scope, fees, responsibilities, replacement arrangements and any agreed checks.
Unless a written agreement says otherwise, the appointing or commissioning organisation remains responsible for final decisions and checks relevant to the work, including identity, right to work, references, qualifications, insurance, safeguarding and data protection.
Provider Network
A “Kelloch reviewed” provider has had their application manually checked for completeness, a usable professional contact route and stated experience relevant to third-sector work. This is not accreditation, a background check, a guarantee of quality or an endorsement. Organisations must carry out due diligence appropriate to the assignment before commissioning work.
Evidence and outcomes
Where Kelloch publishes service figures or case-study outcomes, the basis and limitations are explained on the evidence page. Past outcomes are not guarantees of future results.
External resources
The site links to external organisations and services. Kelloch reviews resources before including them, but external content, availability and policies can change. A link does not transfer responsibility for that external service to Kelloch.
Availability
Kelloch may update, suspend or withdraw a public tool when maintenance, security or content accuracy requires it. Kelloch does not promise uninterrupted availability.
