Susan Fullerton

Susan is a charity consultant, leadership coach and ADHD specialist with over 20 years’ experience in the third sector. A former charity CEO, she brings a grounded, practical approach to supporting organisations across operations, leadership, governance and organisational development. Her work often comes in when capacity is stretched and everything feels urgent, helping teams regain clarity, reduce pressure and move forward with confidence. Susan combines hands-on operational support and fractional leadership capacity, alongside a strong focus on sustainable ways of working.
