I am an experienced Executive Coach, Coach Supervisor, Consultant, Facilitator, Evaluator and CEO with board level and general management experience across the public, private, charitable and social enterprise sectors. As an Executive Coach, Coach Supervisor and Action Learning Set Facilitator, I provide a safe space to explore personal and professional challenges and opportunities. As a Coach, I am complimented for my naturally warm and empathetic style; my adeptness at exploring sensitive topic areas; the deep, insightful questions I ask and for my excellent listening skills. As a Coach Supervisor, I offer the opportunity for Coaches to reflect with curiosity on their coaching practice to enhance their ongoing development. As an Action Learning Set facilitator, I bring across many of these skills, enabling individuals to come together to form action learning sets to continue the process of learning and reflection in group settings, with the intention to commit to actions. As a Facilitator, I facilitate Board/Management/Team away days/workshops for organisations seeking an independent facilitator. I support the development of other Coaches, through facilitating ILM training programmes and CPD workshops. As a Consultant and Evaluator, I build on my years as a CEO, to support organisations to understand and evaluate the impact they create; develop successful strategies for organisational growth; articulate their vision and mission to ensure clarity of purpose; diversify funding streams to secure financial sustainability and explore environmental sustainability.
