Helping charities, funders and public bodies connect strategy, learning, evidence and impact to create meaningful and lasting change
About
I am an independent strategy, learning and impact consultant with more than 20 years' experience supporting charities, funders and public bodies.
My work helps organisations develop clear strategies, strengthen learning and accountability, and understand the difference they are making. I combine strategic planning, Theory of Change, evaluation, facilitation and systems thinking to help organisations navigate complexity and make confident decisions.
Before becoming independent, I led NCVO's Strategy and Impact Consultancy service, overseeing a portfolio of strategy, learning and evaluation projects across health, social justice, youth, criminal justice, research and community sectors.
Recent clients include Together Trust, Keep Britain Tidy, British Deaf Association, Drinkaware, Amnesty International UK, Citizens Advice Eastleigh, Hospice UK and Diversity Role Models.
I am particularly interested in supporting organisations that are tackling complex social issues and want to build stronger cultures of learning, reflection and improvement.
