Sara Masters

I've spent 25 years working across civil society deliberately moving across leadership roles within charities, funders and not-for-profits. I have worked with large national charities like the National Trust, small grassroots organisations like iceandfire and social change consultancies like New Local. Alongside my work as an ICF accredited coach partnering individuals, teams and senior leaders I work as a consultant across whole organisation culture, programme design and community conversation. I am Associate Director at Funders Together and Associate at the Institute for Voluntary Action Research and Belong, the Integration and Cohesion Network.
