I'm Rita Mantler, founder of Telescopic, a UK-based digital transformation consultancy. We help non-profits replace messy spreadsheets, disconnected systems and manual admin with practical digital tools that fit how their teams actually work - so you can actually edit that website, view that report, ensure that data entry is correct! A lot of our work starts with the same problem. Data lives in too many places. Reporting takes too long. Staff have workarounds for the workarounds. The organisation has outgrown its systems, but no one has the time or headspace to work out what should come next. Telescopic helps with that. We assess what is happening now, map the operational reality, choose the right system and then implement it properly. That might mean a CRM, case management system, member portal, reporting dashboard, integration layer or a set of internal apps. We work across strategy, systems design, implementation and long-term support. We are a B Corp and ISO 27001 certified and used to working with sensitive data, busy teams and organisations where budgets need to be handled carefully. Our focus is not software for the sake of it. It is prioritising for your budget, reducing admin, improving visibility and giving teams systems they can actually use.
