I have spent the last ten years working in various research, impact, engagement and evaluation roles across academia, research funding and charities. I am a creative, collaborative systems thinker and enjoy working with organisations and teams through complex, ‘knotty’ issues to enable real-world impact. I bring expertise in theory of change and evaluation framework development, research strategy development, landscape reviews, priority-setting, stakeholder consultations, and programme evaluation. I have experience with quantitative and qualitative methodologies including surveys, focus groups, interviews and data visualisation techniques. I can also help with training development and delivery, coaching, bid writing and impact case study development.
