About
I am a product leader with over a decade of experience turning ambiguous challenges into clear commercial and social outcomes. I have spent the last year embedded in the third sector as the de facto Head of Product at Royal Voluntary Service, where I built a B2B SaaS commercial strategy from scratch on a volunteer marketplace platform with zero revenue, contributing to £180,000 in closed revenue in a single month, a £1.31 million open pipeline, and enterprise contracts with small and large corporates and government agencies.
I understand the particular pressures that charities, CICs, social enterprises, and community organisations face: constrained budgets, lean teams, the need to demonstrate impact quickly, and the challenge of adopting technology without losing sight of the people it serves. My approach is grounded in structured product discovery, evidence-based decision making, and building the practical systems that make teams work well, not just the products themselves.
My background spans AI product strategy, two-sided marketplace platforms, B2B SaaS, and ecommerce, with hands-on experience of taking products from concept to live users. I founded the Papirfly AI Lab, a dedicated AI product team that generated approximately £1.5 million in revenue for Fortune 500 clients. I have also built a fully functional app independently from zero to live users without an engineering team, using AI-assisted development tools, which gives me a realistic, grounded perspective on what lean, resource-conscious product development actually looks like in practice.
Beyond delivery, I am known for raising the capability of the teams around me. I coach and mentor Business Analysts and junior product managers, introduce structured agile ways of working, and embed discovery practices that shift organisations away from reactive shipping towards considered, user-centred development. I have a strong track record of securing stakeholder buy-in, communicating clearly across all levels of an organisation, and championing the diversity, equity, and inclusion values that matter deeply to purpose-driven organisations.
I am relentlessly positive, genuinely collaborative, and committed to doing work that makes a measurable difference. If your organisation needs product leadership, strategic support, or practical coaching to help your team work better, I would love to connect.
