I am Minoti Parikh, Founder of TPL Consultancy, a cross-sector Strategic Consultant, NED, Trainer and mentor with 20+ years of global experience in strategy, leadership, organisational development and business development. TPL Experiences is a values-led consultancy and business for good that is committed to building thriving teams and thriving communities. We help organisations turn complexity into clarity, and clarity into action, through sharp thinking, energising facilitation, and outcomes based impact. I have supported 200 organisations across varied sectors including- Charities, Arts and culture organisations, creative businesses, public sector, universities, values-led SME's as well as global FTSE 100 brands. I have delivered 1800+ programmes across the United Kingdom, Europe, Asia and Africa. I have been recognised in the Top 100 #ialso Female Entrepreneurs list in 2019, listed in the Top 100 Small Businesses in 2020, featured in the Business Insider 42 Under 42 Business Leaders list in 2024 and named on the Northern Power Women Power List for 2025. I hold a Masters degree in Human Resource and Industrial Psychology, and I bring an evidence-led approach that is practical, strategic and people-focused. Clients value my ability to ask the right questions, cut through noise, and create momentum without losing the future relevance of our work. I am the Chair of Third Sector Leeds, an advocacy platform amplifying the voice of the third sector. I am also a trustee and Non-Executive Director with an arts organisation in Leeds, and a Business Leader in Residence at Lancaster University. I am also a Community artist, working with some of the most disadvantaged communities to help improve health outcomes.
