Milla Jackson

Fathom Fundraising is a specialist fundraising strategy and readiness consultancy founded by Milla Jackson. I have 14 years’ fundraising experience across arts, heritage, education and health, working both within established development teams and as the first fundraiser in smaller organisations. My previous organisations include Balliol College Oxford, Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity, The London Library, Jacksons Lane and Gate Theatre. I help charities understand where they stand before they spend: what is already strong, where the real constraints are, which income opportunities are genuinely viable and what should happen next. My work brings fundraising strategy together with governance, finance, data, systems, internal capacity and board engagement, so that recommendations are realistic, properly resourced and usable.
