I'm a digital consultant with almost two decades of experience in discovery, user research, service design, and digital transformation strategy and planning. I help organisations to understand what's broken, align stakeholders around what good looks like, and build clear next steps that guide investment and development decisions. I specialise in driving digital transformation in purpose-led organisations, including international NGOs, local government, third sector, and small charities. This is what working with me often looks like: I come in, conduct deep discovery research, map what's really happening (not what people assume is happening), identify root causes and opportunities, then help you design a way forward — whether that's a new website, a redesigned service, a roadmap, or something else entirely. My track record spans leading digital transformation across 37 countries for a global health NGO, shaping customer experience strategy for local government, redesigning user journeys for a children's charity, and writing a website RFP for a hospital charity. Currently, I'm advising organisations on digital and AI strategy, service design, and transformation programmes. I also serve on boards, mentor women in tech, and speak on building inclusive digital cultures.
