Lucy Hornsby

I bring people together and help them make sense of a situation, have better conversations, and actually move things forward. My work spans facilitation, group coaching, change and communications consulting, speaking, writing and community building. Different hats, same outcome: people understanding themselves and each other better, and getting to where they need to go faster. I spent over 15 years inside some of the UK's most complex corporate transformations. I was good at it. But what I kept noticing wasn't the strategy or the process. It was the people. The leader who was quietly overwhelmed. The team that had stopped trusting each other. The individual who needed someone to help them find their way through. Then I went through my own difficult chapter, personally, professionally, mentally. And it was coaching that changed everything for me. A space where someone asked the right questions and helped me find my own answers. That experience is why I do what I do today. In practice, my work looks like this: ✨ Creating spaces where people feel able to speak honestly and listen properly ✨ Connecting individuals and networks in ways that lead to real opportunities ✨ Turning complex ideas into clear, human communication I'm often brought in when things feel unclear, disconnected or stuck. My role is to help create clarity, alignment and momentum. Through Light Spark Group, I offer facilitation including the Programme Reset and How We Show Up, group coaching through the Navigate programme, and change and communications consulting. I also founded Women in IT Contracting, a community I'm genuinely proud of. And I am the co-author of Allyship Actually, helping women feel less alone and enabling others to course correct.
