I work with organisations to enhance their volunteering provision. For Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) organisations, I focus on developing clear and engaging volunteer opportunities that align with organisational goals and deliver a positive impact for volunteers. For corporate organisations I develop and deliver Employer Supported Volunteering (ESV) programmes that align social impact goals with genuine community needs, to deliver increased employee wellbeing and improved social sustainability.
