I set myself up as an independent leadership and management trainer, facilitator and coach at the start of 2025. I've been working in learning and development both in-house and as an external provider for over 10 years. I have worked for and with big blue chip companies, education providers and schools, charities, community amateur sports clubs and the NHS. For me, happiness at work comes down to the people you work with and the quality and depth of the interactions people have with one another. My training and coaching programmes offer individuals and organisations the opportunity to make the most of those interactions to deliver results, whether it's by leading effectively through change, discovering personal and team strengths or having high quality conversations. One size doesn't fit all when it comes to leadership - during my programmes and sessions, I will get to know your organisation and your participants as individuals and help them to unlock their leadership potential, in their own unique way.
