Katerina Chantzi

Facilitator, consultant and social entrepreneur with 8+ years of experience across social innovation, gender equality, cleantech entrepreneurship, and community development. Currently completing an MSc in Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship at LSE. I have designed and led programmes for organisations including the World Bank, ChangemakerXchange, Estonian Business School, and Startup Estonia, working across the UK, Baltics, and wider Europe. My work spans facilitation, curriculum design, mentoring, project management, and organisation development — with a particular focus on gender equity, inclusive leadership, and purpose-led ventures. I am the founder of Lysistrate NGO (female empowerment and sustainability) and have published practical toolkits on gender-inclusive hiring and gender-conscious youth work, used by organisations across Europe. Recognised among the Top 100 Women in Social Enterprise 2022 by Euclid Network.
