Jodie Marshall

As Founder and Managing Director of the long-standing social enterprise A Mind Apart and Founder and Director at Mantleco Ltd, Jodie brings hands-on experience of running her own organisation. Her approach is holistic and considers the needs of the organisation and its beneficiaries, the board members and the key leaders involved in running the organisation, with a focus on creating sustainable and resilient healthy organisations from the leadership down to the beneficiaries. Jodie works with organisations in a wide range of areas, including strategic development, operations, sustainability, income generation, funding models, governance, Change management, development and growth, accountability and ethical practices, and policy development and implementation. As a coach, mentor and consultant she seeks to develop a clear picture of where her clients are going, whilst keeping the work-life balance of those involved at the centre. Supporting leadership to think big picture, she works closely with clients to develop the detail and implement it to achieve the organisations goals. Although she’s worked with businesses in all sectors, Jodie holds specialist knowledge within the areas of education, safeguarding, creative and cultural, youth, health and wellbeing, social enterprise and community.
