Jessica Parker

I am values-driven and inclusive VCS leader. I have achieved success leading in mental health, public health, community development, involvement, NHS, immigration, law, housing and justice sectors. I thrived at Director level at not-for-profit Touchstone for 12 years, including as Deputy CEO, growing and developing the organisation. In the NHS, I had successful tenures as Programme Manager and Associate Director, commissioning and delivering community support. I led the interface between health, care and incredibly diverse communities, with authentic leadership.
