My wide range of academic and work experience from the UK, South Africa and Singapore includes: ● Masters Degree in Community and Youth Work Studies ● 15 years training and consultancy work in Housing, Education and Youth Sectors ● Associate Trainer for a leading Management Consultancy in the Voluntary Sector and Senior Associate for national membership charity for organisations working in the homelessness sector ● Designated Safeguarding Lead ● Extensive international experience delivering training and facilitating skills based learning ● Diploma in Hypnotherapy and NLP and Certificate in Solution Focused Brief Therapy ● Developing trauma informed services ● Developing participation, user involvement and peer to peer programmes ● Implementation of school-based projects ● Specialise in Safeguarding, Professional Boundaries, Emotional Intelligence and Wellbeing/ Resilience.
