Resolution Ready
Safeguarding, governance and facilitation support for charities and community organisations.
About
I am the founder and principal consultant of Resolution Ready, an independent consultancy working with charities and community organisations across England. We provide consultancy, training and facilitation for boards, staff and volunteers, with a focus on safeguarding, governance and confident decision making. Our approach is rights based and trauma informed, drawing on over twenty-five years of experience in safeguarding, governance, participation and complex casework.
We work with organisations of all sizes. Sometimes that means advice on a live safeguarding concern. Sometimes it means strengthening policies, roles and decision making so they work in practice. Sometimes it means facilitating a strategy day, an away day or a co-production process so the right people are heard and the group leaves with something real to act on. Work is scoped and costed in advance, and the first conversation is always free.
I am a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (CMgr FCMI), a Fellow of the Royal Society for Public Health, a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, and a certified LEGO Serious Play facilitator. I am a trustee of Kids, the national charity for disabled children and young people, and a peer reviewer for Child Abuse Review (Wiley).
