Helen Hodgson

A charity founder and leader, I help charities and organisations strengthen their teams and deliver meaningful impact through strategic and operational planning support, staff and volunteer training and wellbeing packages and lived-experience inclusion programme design. I specialise in modern slavery awareness training, staff wellbeing programmes and training, strategies and practices to embed lived experience across an organisation, strategy development, operational planning, charity set-up guidance and public speaking. I bring compassion and creativity to problem solving and thrive in setting up, developing and delivering strategic plans and projects.
