Harriet Pearce Willis

I am an experienced evaluator and evaluation/impact consultant, specialising in work for charities. I've been freelance since 2021 and, before that, worked in evaluation consultancy at NCVO. I have extensive experience in delivering independent evaluations. I am skilled at evaluation planning, developing data collection approaches and tools, undertaking qualitative research, analysing data, producing clear written reports and supporting organisations to use evaluation findings. I also help charities improve their impact practice – to help them learn and develop their work, and so they can communicate effectively with funders and stakeholders.
