As a bid management and fundraising consultant I support providers in the health and social care sector to increase their income and importantly, to achieve a sustainable funding mix by submitting winning tender bids, as well as trust, statutory and corporate funding applications. Having worked in-house for a wide range of national, regional and small charities throughout my career, I am able to take a strategic view to help providers develop sustainable strategies, which are right for their organisation, and aligned with their business plans and key objectives. I also provide hands on support writing method statement responses for tenders, completing funding applications and delivering one day training courses.
