Esenam Agubretu

I am a policy, strategic communications, public affairs and organisational development consultant with experience working across the charity, public, private and international development sectors. My career has included roles in Parliament, business membership organisations, legal and professional services, and social impact programmes. I have supported charities, grassroots organisations, social enterprises, business leaders and international NGOs on communications strategy, stakeholder engagement, policy influencing, partnership development and organisational growth. I specialise in helping organisations communicate their impact, strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, influence decision-makers, secure partnerships and develop sustainable growth strategies. My experience spans areas including social mobility, economic inclusion, skills and employment, access to finance, international development, ESG, diversity and inclusion, and community development. Alongside consultancy, I design and deliver workshops, training programmes and facilitated sessions for leaders, staff teams and community organisations. I am particularly passionate about supporting organisations that are addressing inequality, strengthening communities and creating positive social change. My approach combines strategic thinking with practical delivery, ensuring organisations receive advice that is both ambitious and achievable.
