Davina is an experienced voluntary sector leader with 18 years' experience as CEO. Davina has primarily worked with smaller charities, including membership and grant making organisations and those with a national and international reach. She brings deep insight into charity strategy, governance and operations, having worked on both sides of the board table as a CEO and a trustee and has deep experience of making strategy and governance 'doable' for organisations. A qualified coach, she takes a thoughtful, pragmatic and calm approach in her work with boards and senior teams, helping them improve decision-making and ensure governance and strategy is proportionate, pragmatic and values-led. She facilitates board and staff discussions, supports organisational reviews and helps teams navigate complex challenges with clarity and confidence. She is skilled at creating open, constructive dialogue, enabling teams to build trust, surface issues and focus on what matters most.
