Clare Campion

Clare Campion is the founder of Campion Coaching & Consultancy, a values-led practice helping mission-driven organisations look after their people properly, especially through the moments that are hardest to get right. I specialise in pregnancy and baby loss workplace support, trauma-aware culture change, leadership and transition coaching, and staff network and ERG development. I work as an embedded consultant to third-sector organisations including The Worst Girl Gang Ever Foundation and Fertility Action, and delivers reading-programme sessions for Bookmark Reading Charity. I understand the reality of third-sector delivery: stretched budgets, small teams carrying heavy emotional load, and the gap between what a policy says and what staff actually experience. My approach is warm, practical and psychologically safe, credible enough for a board, human enough for the people in the room.
