Our organisation specialises in training and we provide two memberships : Charity Leaders UK and Charity Consultants UK which provide affordable and accessible training for leaders and freelancers in the sector. We also provide leadership and consulting assignments in organisational development, social change strategy, volunteering strategy, consultation and coproduction and expert leadership and strategy development. Finally, we run a neurodivergent leadership development and inclusive development program and coaching for charities, helping them to become more racially, ethically and disability inclusive. Our consultants are highly vetted and highly qualified leadership expert coaches who are also trained in mental health (we call them quadruple qualified : they’re all former charity CEOs, qualified coaches, qualified clinicians and neurodivergent qualified which makes us the primary provider for inclusive coaching in the sector, helping leaders to navigate disabilities in the sector.
